3. Collection of General Data and Information (Server Log Files)

Our website collects a series of general data and information with each access, which is stored in the server's log files. The browser type and version used, the operating system used, the website from which you accessed our website (referrer URL), the date and time of access, an Internet Protocol address (IP address), and other similar data that serve to avert danger in the event of attacks on our information technology systems may be recorded. This data is processed based on legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

4. Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. 5. Contact (Contact Form & Email)

If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, provided that your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, otherwise based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

6. Newsletter (Substack)

You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter via our website, which is sent via the provider Substack Inc., 111 Maiden Ln Ste 420, San Francisco, CA 94108-5401, USA. For this, we require your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your registration (double opt-in). Data processing is carried out based on a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Substack. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. 7. Data Processing by Third Parties (Appointment Booking - Calendly)

For online appointment booking, we use services from Calendly, LLC, 271 17th St NW, Ste 1000, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA. When you book an appointment, the data you enter (name, email, possibly other details) is transmitted to Calendly for the purpose of arranging the appointment. Processing is carried out for the implementation of pre-contractual measures or for the fulfillment of a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We have concluded a corresponding Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Calendly.

8. Payment Processing (Stripe)

When you book paid services via our website (e.g., the Blueprint Session via Calendly), we use the external payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland, to process the payment. For this purpose, payment data (e.g., name, payment amount, account details, credit card number) is transmitted to Stripe. The processing of this data is necessary for the performance of the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We have concluded a corresponding Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Stripe. 9. Data Retention

We store your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by statutory retention periods. Thereafter, the data is routinely deleted.

10. SSL Encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
